An above-and-beyond-the-call-of-duty moment for some busy students: Charlie Sun and Chase Smith of Thacher School joined Preserve manager Rick Bisaccia of the Ojai Valley Land Conservancy and faculty Julie and Bo Manson for a morning of trail clearing on May 15th at the Ilvento Preserve. They hauled themselves out of bed at 8:00 am on their first morning back on campus to clear a good portion of an overgrown trail.
