Preserve Your Land

The OVLC Land Committee works tirelessly to identify lands which meet our conservation criterion and will be of benefit to the Ojai community. If you have land that you would like to see preserved for the benefit of Ojai’s future, please give us a call anytime. 

There are several options for land conservation from conservation easements to fee title sales, to donations.  We would be happy to help you learn more about different options so that you can make an informed decision about what would work the best for you.

We are also grateful to accept property which may not meet our conservation criteria, but which may have the potential for other uses, or to be sold to help increase our capacity to purchase land in the future.  This is an ideal way to include the OVLC in your estate plans.
